Join me for an energising flow at Karma Coast Collective - this will be a simple, yet strong class which incorporates some yogic breath work to get our blood flowing.

We'll head downstairs and have a drink - choose whatever you like from the menu. I recommend their hot chocolate!

Finally, we'll meander down to King Edward's Beach for a quick sea dip (optional) before getting into the sauna where we can smother ourselves in Maggie's homemade salt scrubs and breathe in the aromatic steam. Bliss.
